Site Research and Selection—We will discuss your desires and goals and then research and recommend the most suitable destination(s), locations, hotels and resorts, and event sites. We select only those industry partners (hotels and resorts, destination management companies, and event locations) that mirror the goals and messages represented for your event. We will always include a site visit of each prospective destination and property to insure your program’s success.
 Hotel and Vendor Contract Negotiation—Possessing over 20 years of experience in contract negotiations with hotels/resorts and destination representatives, we will negotiate your contractual agreements focusing on favorable client terms, and budget-saving inclusions. This is an excellent way to test and fund our services; there is no cost to your organization to have us negotiate your hotel/vendor contracts. These partners within our industry pay a built in commission to their industry partner, Jacobs Incentive Travel, which does not affect your costs. In fact, because we are aware of areas in which the vendors can offer complimentary features, discounts, and value added benefits, we can significantly lower your bottom line costs.
 Transportation (Ground/Air/Sea)—Jacobs Incentive Travel, Inc. is an accredited member of the Airline Reporting Commission (ARC) and is licensed and knowledgeable in securing International and Domestic air and sea travel, utilizing Global Distribution Systems, group air contracts, Internet specials, and air wholesalers and consolidators. We will prepare the documentation of the arrival and departure schedules of your attendees/guests, and then organize and communicate this information with local destination suppliers of ground transportation, insuring a smooth and efficient transfer process.
Entertainment, Guest/Motivational Speakers, Training Coaches and Teambuilding—Using trusted sources, we will bring to your event the most effective and exciting entertainers, guest and motivational speakers, training coaches and teambuilding activities based on the demographic profile of your attendees and the messages you want to convey.
Registration (Pre-event and On-site)—From the first announcement piece through the arrival at the final destination, your attendees will experience an unparalleled level of professionalism, care and service. From producing the registration documentation, to distribution, and follow up; we will process, keep current with, and provide timely documentation of the entire registration process. We will follow through with on-site registration to maintain a high level of service and accurate accounts of attendee/guest participation.
